TIKUMENTERPRISE provides done-for-you AI business systems including custom websites, AI voice agents, review automation, speed-to-lead systems, and business automation. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement issued prior to work commencing.

Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. All fees are due as specified. Failure to pay on time may result in pausing or termination of services. All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. TIKUMENTERPRISE retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, platforms, or software integrated into your system remain subject to their own respective licenses.

We operate on project-based or month-to-month arrangements. Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice as specified in your individual agreement. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable.

TIKUMENTERPRISE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or business growth. Results depend on factors including your industry, market conditions, and your own business operations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
